Welcome to your luxury getaway at the Pelican Beach Resort!

Located on the 15th floor, this high-rise condo commands a breathtaking ocean view. Remodeled in October 2018, we decorated your suite to a warm elegant standard, perfect for that family outing or romantic escapade.

Your accommodations include:
Living Room: A queen-sized sleeper sofa, breakfast bar, reading chair, dinette, entertainment console and a UHD LED Smart-TV.

Kitchen: Top-of-the-line Gallery appliances in stainless steel: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

Bedroom: A full-sized king mattress with overhead fan grace your slumber. We provide full sets of fresh blankets, bedspreads, towels, linens and mats to ensure the comfort and hygiene of your stay. A UHD LED Smart-TV is front-and-center for your entertainment.

Bunk beds: Kids and more casual sleepers will enjoy two twin-sized bays each with lighting and 24" LED Smart-TV.

Bathrooms: Two units outfitted with new fixtures each with rainfall and hand showers. Each bathroom offers travel-sized shampoos, and lotions (and a supply of toilet paper). Hand-held hair-dryers are provided

Amenities: Wireless internet, cordless telephones. Laundry pods close by. Fine kitchen utensils, bar stools, decorative items and board games have been added. A Key-less entry system ensures your individual security for the duration of your stay. No worries about lost keys or late-night lock-outs.

Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. Only 2.5 miles from HarborWalk Village, our guests have ready access to shops, restaurants, golf clubs and bars, a water & adventure park. (A Big Kahuna s is right across the street.)

Pelican Beach Resort provides (heated) indoor and outdoor pools, a wading pool for the kids, sauna, hot-tub, and steam-room. You ll have access to a robust fitness center along with a video game room, tennis courts, and outdoor grills. You may also enjoy the resort beach services, and Tiki Bar. Free parking for guests.

Fantastic relaxing

The resort was very family friendly. Easy check in at front desk.Parking garage was close to entrance and ample parking.Overall staff could have been more personable/professional. No bad experience with staff just no wow factor. As far as the condo it was exactly as expected/pictured. Host Bob was amazing and extremely communicative. He even reached out personally to check we made it. Host was able to allow us an early check in! The condo had some paint touch up spots that he communicated about prior to checking in nothing major. As far as cleanliness I gave 4 stars due to light dusting on decorations. Nothing major at all just things I notice as a professional cleaner the average person may not. This is of course at no fault of the hosts. We would definitely book again enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, condo had ample utensils for cooking and grilling. Decore was fun! Beach chairs and unbrellas provided. Patio furniture was 4 NICE Adirondack chairs. Noise from other guests was not an issue at all. All in all its a fantastic resort for familys.

We had a beautiful week in Destin! Perfect weather everyday! This condo is perfectly situated to watch amazing Sunrises. The sunsets are beautiful too, but you don't get a straight view of the sun setting on the horizon, but still beautiful. Hosts were honest and upfront about some building maintenance and gave us several options. We chose to fulfil our reservation dates and no regrets. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. They have chairs that you can use, but we chose to rent from La Dolce Vita. This worked well for us! Also recommend the Cruise Destin Tiki Cruises (Sunset) and Boshamp's for supper. We have rented from this host before for another unit so we will probably rent from them again! Great week! Thank you!
