When we first arrived the unit smelt like someone had been cleaning fish in there!!! Unit had a lot of bugs centipedes and small black bugs throughout the unit. One of the black bugs bit my foot while drying my hair in the bathroom that was connected to one of the bedrooms. The floors were dirty especially the bathroom floors. The bathroom near the kitchen had a difficult time flushing with every use . The washer was ok but the dryer took 2 cycles and this was with a very smallLoad. You could hear every step a person took upstairs . There was no iron or ironing board in the unit so we had to go buy one at a local store. The beds were not comfortable more like a roll out bed set up in the bedrooms .

VRBO was an Easy site to use however Avari was a terrible company to have. Didn’t receive check in information, or beach access information, never received new linen, towels, toiletries etc for the whole 7 nights. Terrible communication
