Crystal Sands 310A has a lovely tropical feel with a wonderful Gulf front view from a private balcony. The living area offers nicely appointed furnishings with a sofa, two microfiber chairs, marble top tables, and tiled floors. The master bedroom displays a cozy casual Floridian décor, a king bed, and carpeted floors. After a relaxing day at the beach, you will find everything you need to make a home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The dining table seats six and there are two bar stools for plenty of seating. The loft bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen-size bed, carpeted floors, and access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity.

Things to know:
*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*
Beach service included May - October

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
