Surpassed Expectations

The property was ideal for our stay at Destin. The details within the unit that the owners had for their guests were very much appreciated (ex. beach toys, wide ranch of cooking items, & overall decor to name just a few).We had a great time and couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Overall, very pleased! However, for a 4 day / night stay it would of been nice to have more kitchen trash bags then just 2 and have starter laundry detergent.

Destin Paradise

Look no further for a great stay in Destin! Breakers East is our favorite place to stay in the area. The views are unparalleled and the condos in this building are so accommodating and spacious! The check in was easy and any questions were met with a quick response and resolution. We will be back for sure!

Nice Condo & Great Location

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Also great to have a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrella. And the view from the condo balcony is spectacular! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location in Destin FL!

Great rental with amazing views of Destin Beach! We had a lovely visit in this spacious and comfortable unit, complete with relaxing sounds of the ocean. Additionally, communication with the property manager was timely and responsive. Hope to stay at this wonderful unit at Breakers East during our next visit to FL!

We had a great time, the place was better than the pictures. The corner spot was nice having the light from the side and I love how the deck is furnished. We had plenty of space to all spent most of our time out there. This was not our first stay at Breakers East so we knew we would love the place in general. Something worth mentioning, they have some beach toys you can borrow so you don't need to buy/bring your own. The owner was very responsive and we had no concerns. Already booked again for next year!

Heavenly Balcony

We stayed over Spring Break week and were greeted with one of the best vistas on the beach when we arrived. The unit is every but as impressive in person as it is online; perhaps even moreso. There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were of the quality that one expects for such a price.Our local contact was very responsive and helpful in correcting a mistake I made in the smart TV, and we were made to feel more like friends than temporary tenants. We will look to rent this same unit when we visit again. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing View

This condo was absolutely amazing and had the best view. Within 30 mins of being there we saw dolphins from the balcony. The pictures on the site do not do this condo justice. We will definitely return to 801! Also, the owner was easy to reach if we had any questions. Thank you Carolyn!

Family Vacation

This property is amazing for those who have young children and those visiting as adults as well because it is close to everything, water access is super easy and it is in a small enough setting to feel very comfortable and almost like everytime there is family. The pictures online were great and accurate but honestly its even better in person. The only thing we ran into was the A/C was struggling to cool but it was extremely hot outside during our trip so we believe thats all it was.
