  • Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 7th floor end unit remodeled 2021 located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Breathtaking shoreline views. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

    Master bedroom features king size bed; 55" TV has cable; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with oversized luxury walk in shower and double vanity.
    Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds and 40" TV.
    Second bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and single vanity.
    Living room 70" Cable TV
    Fully equipped kitchen (including small maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

    Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

    100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
    50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
    No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
    We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

    No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

    Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Great location - excellent views of/access to beautiful beach. Other renters/owners are a friendly lot, mostly snowbirds from the mid-west and Canada like us but a few younger families on wknds and holidays.

A perfect getaway!!

The condo looked even better than the pictures. It was roomy and very clean. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. Plus the free chair setup was nice. My wife and I had a great time. Next time at Destin we will definitely stay here!!

A time to remember?

We had such a great time staying at this property. It was awesome. Felt like home away from home. Plenty big enough for me the husband and three kids love that hat on site. Laundry even had dawn, dish soap and dishwashing liquid under the sink. Normally, you have to buy that stuff it was already there Beach towels were already there. It was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We all made wonderful memories thank you breakers east room 701.

Great experience

The condo was perfectly comfortable and lovely. Clean, amazing views, great location. Since we were here “off season” the lack of the second elevator was not an issue for us. We would definitely book this condo again. Really can’t say enough about the ocean views. Just gorgeous.

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and well furnished. Check-in process was very easy. Two suggestions, have instructions for how to use TV printed out and our furnace did not properly work we reported it and they were unable to repair it while we were there.

Lovely Condo on the beach with 7th floor views of the beach and ocean

This property was wonderful in so many ways. The unit was remodeled and updated a few years ago and is excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The W/D made it easy to stay longer but not have to bring many clothes. The views were impressive. Parking is in the open lot and very convenient. The elevators were a problem as one of the 2 was out of commission for service for the duration of our trip. The 2nd/working elevator was down for several hours one day for unknown reasons. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen with the exception of a few items. There were a couple of chef's knives but both were extremely dull. There was no knife sharpener so I asked the property manager if they would provide a sharpening rod. They said that they would, but never did. Overall the unit was terrific and we would not hesitate to come again!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fees for a three week stay: Cleaning - $270, Service - $555, Tax - $734.50, Tax - $56.50, Tax - $339, Tax - $339 (x2) = $2294. The fees accounted for 33% of the total stay. I knew of the fees upfront. But in retrospect, 33%?I should have charged them a cleaning fee. Throw rugs MB - dirty, washed them. Throw rug by oven - dirty, washed them. Tomato sauce stains under kitchen rug - cleaned. Blankets - smelled like old stale perfume, washed. Fridge smelled - cleaned it. Baking soda showed an expiration date of 2017. Pot holders dirty - washed. Floors sandy. Vacuumed and washed with my purchased mop and supplies because the mop, etc. left behind was dirty. Vacuum smelled. My mop was dirty after washing. I have pictures but unable to upload with this review. My spouse didn’t sleep well due to a sink hole in the mattress. Flipped the mattress and found that one of the twin box springs was placed upside down w/o any mattress support. They were clearly marked “top” and “bottom”. Solved that problem. While turning the mattress, found a long black hair between the sheet and mattress cover. Additionally, the mattress cover had a dried blood stain and other stains. Washed the cover in bleach. Baseboard behind bed had a thick layer of dust. Cleaned it. Safe to say I spent a better part of two days cleaning right after the cleaners were there. One elevator was broken and I didn’t find out until after I made my final payment; an unwelcome surprise. Long waits. I see that a disclaimer about the elevator now exists in the posting. It’s sad that I rented this place based on the beautiful pictures only to be disappointed by too many cleaning issues.
