Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint little lower unit. Perfectly situated overlooking the pool which was perfect for our kids. It fit our family of 8 perfectly. The covered deck was a wonderful place to hang out. There was a giant Jenga game the kids enjoyed playing with. Its a older unit with nice updates. There were some needed repairs while we were there that were very promptly seen to and the response from RealJoy was really quick (thank you RJ!). There is private beach access across the road, but no beach chair service included with this rental (the beach chair service cost is ridiculous, we went to the local goodwill and got a few chairs and a quilt for our days at the beach). The beach here is BEAUTIFUL. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. It would be nice if they had some golf clubs and balls in the unit to use or you miss out on the cool golf course here because not everyone travels with theirs. Same with the tennis/pickleball court...it would be nice if RJ included them to use with the unit. There was a blow-dryer in the master bath which was nice because I forgot mine at home. The grounds are nice, quiet and family friendly. We are already planning on coming back next year we enjoyed it here so much. Thank you RealJoy

Family vacay!!!!

We absolutely loved this place and location. It was perfect fit for our big family of 8! We also loved how if we needed anything they were just a short text away. The kids had so much fun and adored the little bunk bed area. We will definitely be back!!!!

Fall break trip

The location was great! Quiet & near a pool. Would have loved coffee filters & one more roll of paper towels, but that’s so minimal! ☺️ The washing machine/dryer & microwave were so high tech but I figured them out eventually.

Amazing

This was a great location and all the amenities were great. Had a problem with our toliet but Real Joy jumped on it and got it fixed right away. Easy to work with and great communication

Nice Condo close to pool

The condo is pretty much as described in the listing and has no issues. The pool is a few steps from the back deck and the beach is a bit of a walk or a short drive away with private parking

Would stay again

We had a couple issues while there-the internet didn't work until the last night, the towel bar kept coming off the wall in the main bathroom and the shower head stopped working in the bedroom bathroom. Nice neighborhood, semi clean space, provided us with what we needed. I thought it would have been closer to the beach but it was close enough. I'd stay in the community again, preferably closer to the beach.

Spring break 2024

Great use of space! It is well laid out with privacy for each bedroom. Large balcony with view of pool, great for sipping coffee in the morning. Will definitely be going back again

Cute condo

The condo was very nice and tidy. We enjoyed staying here. The only suggestion I have is the bedroom with the 2 beds need replaced. Both beds felt like you just sunk in the middle. It didn’t make for great sleeping. Overall we had a positive experience.

Great property, great room

Really pleased with our stay. They were making improvements to the back porch during the day but it didn’t affect us. The small golf course is a great way to kill time.

First vacation

This was our first vacation. The booking was easy. The place was exactly what was advertised. Beautiful and homey feeling. Cleaned and fully furnished. No problems with any neighbors and the grounds were beautiful. Would definitely book again.

Girls Just Want to have Fun

The place was very clean and pictured exactly like it was on the web. Very center location and good restaurants around. Me and my kids and their friends enjoyed the stay. Just 1 con, I don’t like that you’re charged a cleaning fee, and still expected to clean yourself. I underst Cleaning up as you go and behind yourself but the rules in the policy seem like they wanted us to be the cleaning crew although a few was already charged. but overall I would definitely rent and stay again.

Family vacation at the beach

Upon arrival I was a little disappointed that this particular unit, 1079, was quite a bit farther from the beach than I got the impression that it was from the listing. We have a 4-year-old and it was very hot while we were there, so the walk with him and an arm full of beach "gear" was a struggle. We finally figured out how to manage that a little better by just driving over instead and parking in the small parking lot that is available at the private beach, but I felt like the photos for this unit were a bit deceiving. I was quite worried when we pulled up as the outside of the buildings are a bit dated, but when we got inside it was updated, beachy and adorable. A cute little downstairs apartment, very clean, very quiet, plenty of room for my family of six, and we were very comfortable there.

Great Weekend Getaway

We loved this rental. We have stayed at several different units in Sandpiper and this one was by dar the cleanest and most updated we have been to. Everything was updated and the beds were honestly so so comfortable. The deck was awesome for meals outside in the shade and it backed up to the heated pool. We will be booking this one again for sure.
