Our home is beachfront and includes paid beach service. This condo is renovated top to bottom! The ground floor has unobstructed views of the beach and emerald blue water!!!
There is Free WIFI and Smart HD TVs with Cable TV.
This rental INCLUDES daily Beach service which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella!(MAR 1-OCT 31)
The home has brand new furniture and mattresses, a sleeper sofa with a tempurpedic mattress, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Pottery Barn Bathroom vanities with Carrera marble top bathroom sinks, a porcelain tub with and brand new toilets, new floors, we removed the popcorn ceilings, installed Flat screen tvs and sound bar where you can sync up your music from your phone via Bluetooth. This home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is completely stocked with upscale items. William Sonoma Dishes, crystal wine glasses, stainless steel coffee maker and toaster and many more great upgrades! We also provide high thread count sheets which feel so soft! You will really enjoy everything about this home. Our family loves to stay here and we know you will too. Please feel free to call me if you have any specific questions.

Perfect Beach Condo

We loved our stay here! The unit was clean and as described on the listing. We came with our to children and the convenience of being able to slide open the glass door and step on to the beach was such a game changer. The condo is close to lots of food and shopping with plenty to do in the area. We will definitely stay again!

We had an awesome time! The condo was perfect! Loved being on the first floor and able to walk out the patio door to a short walk to the beach. Beach service was awesome. Not having to bring our own chairs was great.

We had a wonderful time in this unit! It was absolutely perfect for our family! We will be booking it again!I would recommend if you have babies or small children to bring a non-slip mat for the tub. Also a stool for little ones to access the bathroom sinks- they are taller than average. I would have loved a full length mirror since we had family photos taken!

Beautiful Condo with a Gorgeous View

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous condo on the beach! We felt so at home and the view was breathtaking! We hope to go every year. I am definitely coming back for a sisters' weekend!

Have been coming to Destin for years and always stay at Crystal Sands. The unit was exactly as described and everything was clean and ready upon arrival. Opted for the early checkin option which was a great bonus. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful place

This condo is clean, updated, and truly beautiful on the inside and you are right on the beach. The lookout from the kitchen is breathtaking. The easy access to the beach is great when you have kids. You do not have to go up and down stairs to get back into the room! The property manager was wonderful to work with very responsive and helpful.

Amazing Stay!

This was our first trip to Destin & we could not have had a better time. The condo is easy to find and in a great location. Upon arrival, everything was clean, and there was tons of storage space along with even the smallest details being thought of to enhance our stay. Mary Beth is extremely responsive, communicating with us prior to arrival, during our stay, and upon departure. The main bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and the multiple bathrooms was great! The view is AMAZING and such a short trip down to the beach it really is perfect! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

We would love to come back

We absolutely loved this place! Wake up and go to bed having the ocean right there! Kids were able to play in the sand while we sat in the porch. We loved that my boys had their own beds and they love how cool the bunk was. Our only concern was the clothes washer. We had already been away from home for a week and really wanted to wash our laundry. The entire inside seal was moldy and not kept up. I tried to clean with the Lysol wipes but it only pulled the surface dirt. So with my husband’s allergies we chose not to use it. This was honestly my only concern and such an easy fix! We would love to come back and even stay longer!
