Snowbirds welcome! If you want to book a month or more contact me via VRBO to work out a great rate! Note that I have over 100 5-star ratings! Find another condo with that kind of satisfaction! Come out and enjoy this Destin Florida Emerald Grande Condo! Its a huge 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Condo with 2 balconies overlooking Crab island, the beach and bay. Condo amenities includes stainless steel kitchen appliances, 3 walk in showers and jacuzzi tub. We are local and do the cleaning ourselves. So, our cleaning is far superior to the onsite management as our ratings reflect. We even provide a complimentary , other drinks and a full pound of coffee! We have available for your use a large cooler for the beach, extra fans, even a baby crib with mattress and stroller. You will have full access to the facility, pools, hot tubs, spa, gym and even the private boat to the Emerald Grande beach to include beach umbrellas and chairs, All inclusive! Walking distance are Harbor Walk Village restaurants, many waterfront activities, boat and kayak rentals, and lots more! I recommend you check out the many Destin travel videos on YouTube. One in particular by Tampa Aerial Media is extremely detailed and even shows you the prices of the various activity and event options.

Hosts very responsive to questions.Check in /out easy. The condo was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The only downside I have is the master shower is quite small for such a large bathroom. Otherwise the place is great!

We had an excellent time, despite a couple of days of rain. The view of Crab Island and the Harbor is beautiful and the condo is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Mike and Chi provide everything that a family needs for a fun-filled stay. They are very responsive and accommodating.

Lots to do in Destin

The condo was perfect for our family. Our kids are teens so having 3 bathrooms and everyone having their own bedrooms gave everyone space to spread out. The weather was chilly especially at night so having that space to hang out was important. The shuttle to the beach is great, you can explore the whole shoreline from the Emerald Grand beach and we saw dolphins on the way and sting rays when we got there. We missed the bonfire on the beach as there was a wedding the night we wanted to go, so check into that when you arrive so you don't miss out. The owner was responsive to questions and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had access to all the events going on in Harbor Village and could go back and forth quickly which was convenient. The condo is right by all the cruise, jet ski and tiki rentals as well. Each night the village has a different event or theme and there are so many good restaurants. We did treat ourselves to spa treatments at the Emerald Grand spa and enjoyed the steam room afterward. It was also nice to have the gym onsite which is right by the spa. We went during spring break and couldn't get a car rental, but it wasn't an issue at all, with everything so close we spent less on Lyfts than we would have on a rental car. We did Instacart grocery delivery right to the entrance and you can pick it up or ask the bellman to bring it up. The condo pretty much provided access to everything we needed to have a fun family vacation.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely love the Emerald Grande! Mike and Chi are great! Mike was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was fantastic! The unit is beautiful and spacious. A boat takes everyone to a private beach every half hour and the Harborwalk Village makes eating and entertainment super easy if you don't have a car. This was a very relaxing trip. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Location with an View and a Great Sized Comdo!

Family Trip to Destin. Looks right at crab island and steps to the Harborwalk. Didn’t have to pay to park. Heck, you don’t even have to leave the Harborwalk because there’s so much to do. We brought our own boat and docked at the marina (extra of course). But there’s plenty of boat rentals on the Harborwalk we could have done. Plus there’s a private beach for the Emerald Grande Condo guests with your own chairs and umbrellas. I didn’t know that. Overall a great place.

Unbeatable stay!

We had an incredible week staying in Mike and Chi’s condo and they were fantastic hosts. They were super responsive and gave many great tips for us to take advantage of all Destin had to offer. On top of that, the unit was stunning and super clean. We loved the views of Crab Island and having a private bathroom for each room made the trip even more enjoyable (group of 6 adults). While we did not have kids, this had plenty of child friendly amenities as well for younger families traveling. On top of that, the Emerald Grande was stunning and staying her gave us access to all the amenities like the pool, hot tubs, spa, and beach shuttle. It is a prime location where we could walk to any major hot spots on the HarborWalk and further up the road. We have never had a better rental experience than we had here and are looking forward to making this an annual family trip. Thank you Mike and Chi!
