  • Summary:

    Sterling Sands 607

    The Space:

Escape to the Emerald Coast for a well-deserved vacation and enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private, furnished balcony. Stroll out to the adjacent beach for days of fun in the sun, stay close to home and take a dip in the heated pool, or work up a sweat in the on-site fitness center. You can also fire up the shared grills for family cookouts, or enjoy relaxing soaks in the pool spa.

This vacation rental is within walking distance of several restaurants ranging from family-friendly breakfasts at the Pancakery and excellent Italian fare from Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano. Explore the 208-acres of Henderson Beach State Park where you can hike the nature trail, photograph native wildlife, fish, or relax on the beach. And for those looking to hit the links, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile north of this rental.

    Things to Know

    Elevator in the building.

Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.

This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Location and condo were great! There’s an additional 15 fee per person for a bracelet to get into pool and down to the beach. Would have been nice if it was included with the booking. But other than that, all was fantastic!

White sand and Peaceful!

Needed to get away of the cold and gloom of Michigan so booked a week here. Gorgeous view, lucked out with the weather for December, and was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach and water. Was hard to leave and we already want to come back. Condo was perfect size for our family of 4!

The room view

We loved the convenience of renting and checking in and out. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also loved the very short walk to the beach and how the entrance in and out were very secure. I would definitely recommend to family and friends, but I would also come back for another stay. Great experience.
