This house was the perfect house for our annual girls trip! We had 17 ladies in this house with plenty of room to move about the house!! Bedrooms were very nice and beds comfortable! Having access to extra beach towels and beach chairs was also a plus!!! Host response should get 10 stars because they were phenomenal!!! The minute I hit send, it seemed like a response was right to me!!! You won’t regret booking this property!!!

Perfect home for a girls trip weekend! We had 10 friends flying in for an annual get together and the location was great - within 30 minutes from VPS. We had a chef in for a lovely dinner at the house, spent a morning walking to and on the beach near by and spent an afternoon hanging by the pool and hot tub. The communication before our stay was wonderful- updates with the link to the online guest book with all the details provided. We didn't have any kids with us but it was a very kid friendly home with a basement full of games. Would highly recommend this home and stay again.

The house is amazing! Plenty of room and the bottom floor game room is perfect for all ages. The location is fantastic and very short walk to the beach.

Great house that is close to the beach.

Everyone enjoyed the stay. Pool andHot tub were nice. Plenty of room in the basement to setup our VR headset when it rained outside. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Easy booking and check in. Excellent communication with owner and quick responses. Nice welcome gift. Spacious bedrooms and beds very comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Nice private pool and hot tub. I do wish all bathrooms had better privacy curtains in the windows. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The week flew by. Wish we had more time. Definitely recommend this home for families with kids! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Vacation Home!!

We could not have asked for a better place to accommodate our entire three generations of family! The house is super spacious and has something for everyone! From the pool, spa, private beach, game room, relaxing patios… so much more…no matter the weather, everyone was happy!!Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us!!!

Beach Family Fun

The house was wonderful and perfect for our multi generational family… grand parents, 3 siblings and their spouses and the 9 grandchildren. House was well equipped for what we needed. Everything was in working order except one basement door to the pool area with a loose latch, making sure we shut it well was important. Easy walk to beach and easy walk to The Pancake house and ice cream store. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. This was our first time to use any VRBO but our 3 grown children and spouses have often used the service. If all hosts are as responsive as this one, we will use again.

Beautiful Property

Our stay was more than a month and we enjoyed all of it with few exceptions. Tary communicated when needed. The property was thoroughly appointed-blender, beach towels-everything needed for our stay. And heated pool and hot tub were our refuge during weather cold snap. Our stay was during low season and so the beach wasn’t crowded, and that was awesome. On the other hand there was lots of renovation going on at the time all over the neighborhood. And when the neighbor’s project interrupted our water supply we were told by Tary to solicit the workers for our water needs and to make decisions for worker access to our rental property. Also it’s important to know there was working cameras pointed at our rental back yard area (pool, hot tub, kitchen window). I didn’t research who owned the property with the cameras, but was told during discussions with contractors that it was also owned by Tary. Other than those two issues-temporary loss of water access and expectation we should resolve it, cameras above our rental back yard-the property and management were excellent. Beautiful stay!
