This unit was perfect! Clean, close to everything, the beach close to the jetties is amazing..a little bit of a walk but worth it.

Only issue we had was our trash cans were not emptied with all other houses cans on trash day but once we called the manager it was taken care of in a timely manner like promised.

Loved it here

Beautiful place and very clean. Owner of the property answered promptly! Definitely would stay here again. Only issue is, the AC isn’t very cold upstairs. Should maybe consider getting window units .

Wouldn't recommend

The only comfortable things were the bed. Why have a deck off the bedroom with no furniture to use it - some travel and use outside space. Found glass pieces on the floor all over the house. Tables were not wiped off and food and other particles in the kitchen table. Tables were damaged so if you had children that would be an issue! There is no beach access and my contract said it had a community pool; NO POOL! When I asked questions before going I didn’t get responses. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again!

Good getaway home near the beach. The fence had a gap at the bottom that a small dog could escape so had to watch the dog.

Sweet little spot for family vacay

We made a weekend trip to visit home and family at our favorite beaches. We were thankful to bring our pups with us. The location was great, the townhouse was great. Room for improvement in the upkeep of the backyard both to ensure the dogs don’t get loose from the backyard as well as maintaining the overgrowth of weeds. We would stay here again, but would be better prepared for canine security and comfort.

Not bad but much further to beach then thought

Great fishing paradise but terrible walk to the beach. The harbor is right there with a small beach and rocky areas at the Jetties but the beaches are a hike around the jetties to a beach slope. If you aren’t there for beach the location is good

Perfect Vacation Rental with Pets

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was the perfect rental for us and our pups. It is hard to find somewhere nice that allows multiple large dogs and has the space to accommodate them. All of us were very comfortable the whole week. I was super impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was! For just the two of us we were set! I mention this because I know some places have Most of what you’d need but this place had literally EVERYTHING! A small note about the fenced yard, there is an opening on the side where the car port is so make sure you have control of pets and watch small children. Other than that, Eva’s absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this rental!

Labor Day Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. All the food, shopping, and entertainment areas where very close to the condo. When we come back to Destin we will be staying at this location.

Perfect

Location is great! Came down to fish for a few days. Super convenient to the marina (harbor walk) 5 minute walk to the coolest part of the beach (east pass near the jetties). Convenient to get to the good restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Place has some age, but it was very clean. Host super cool to work with!

Beach getaway

It was a seamless check in process. The location was about a 10 min walk to a nearby beach but I liked driving to the other beaches better, about 15 min to Miramar beach. The place was spacious enough for a family of 6 and 2 dogs. It was very convenient to take the dogs out the back rather than go down a flight of stairs or elevators to take them out. I liked that each room had its own bathroom plus an extra half bath on the main floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Very nice place to stay. Close to everything you need. Only negative thing i can say " our stay was too short" We even rented pontoon boat through them. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely coming back.

Just wish the walk to the beach was easier…There was not an easy path to walk. There also was a company that set up chairs and umbrellas that we weren’t allowed to rent. It was for guest across the water that bring guest over from boats.
