Nabízím k pronájmu byt 3kk v Desné II.WI-FI zdarma, Bytová jednotka se nachází ve 9. NP s 2 novými výtahy(rekontrukce 2019), dům také prošel kompletní rekonstrukcí tzn.(zateplení,fasáda, plastové okna, dveře, kamerový systém v domě).Byt prošel kompletní rekonstrukcí, která skončila 12/2022. Kompletní nová elektroinstalace, nové jističe (včetně revize),voda a odpady kompletně nové v plastu.Byt nabízí velkou místnost kuchyň s obývacím pokojem, druhá místnost ložnice a třetí místnost spíše jako šatna,předsín, koupelnu a WC.Byt ještě nebyl obydlen po rekonstrukci, takže vše nové.K jednotce náleží sklepní kóje o výměře cca 2m2.   • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.
