SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
Exterior security cameras are installed for guest safety and city compliance:

• Side yard (side gate only – pool & dining areas are NOT visible)
• Front entry (Ring doorbell)
A backyard noise monitoring device is required by the City of Desert Hot Springs.
It does not record audio or video — it only measures decibel levels.
For everyone’s comfort, we monitor noise levels (no audio/video) and use exterior cameras only for safety.

• Short-term rental license: VRP23-0012
• Garage door is not functional
• Smoking: Smoking inside or outside is not allowed. A $1,000 fee will apply for violations.
• Pets: No pets are allowed. Bringing a pet may result in a $1,000 fee.
• Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited by city regulations.
• Guest count: Please ensure your reservation includes the correct number of guests. Extra guests may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.
