LOCATION

Located in the historic B Bar H Ranch neighborhood, our beautiful home offers convenient access to hiking trails, mineral hot springs, and Palm Springs! Downtown Palm Springs is about a 15 minute drive away.

OUTSIDE

Our incredible outdoor space awaits with a private pool and hot tub -- take a dip and enjoy amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains. We have yard games, twinkling patio lights, and a grill set to cook for the whole family.

There are two pergolas to provide some shade during the sunny days, an outdoor dining area for 8, a firepit for the chilly nights, and an outdoor tv for movies under the stars.

A floating deck looks over the pool, complete with 4 lounge chairs. On the side of the pool, you can find two more loungers and a daybed. Seating and lounging space is in no short supply.

LIVING AREA

The cozy living area features a gas fireplace and smart TV. There is also a SONOS speaker loud enough to fill the whole house with music. Try saying “Alexa, turn on the stars” at night, and watch the ceiling light up!

KITCHEN & DINING

We have modern stainless steel appliances including a gas range and french door fridge. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for your group and seats 8 people.

BED & BATH

We have 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 people. The bright primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a desk to get some work done, and an accompanying bathroom suite with a beautiful rainfall shower.

Our two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, while a fourth bedroom provides two twin beds and a desk.

Our beautiful guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and there is also a half bath for your convenience.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.

This rental is located on floor 1.

There is free parking for 8 vehicles.

Please note the winds can be high on occasion in this area. I recommend checking the weather forecast ahead of your trip to plan accordingly.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

POOL/HOT TUB HEATING FEE - The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional fee of $100/day, or just the hot tub for $60/day.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE - For the security of the property, we have a camera overlooking the driveway.
