Overall a good stay.
Some things could improve, though: the air conditioner in my unit could not keep up with the heat outside, making it just “comfortable enough”, but still a bit warm inside. The shower area could be cleaned more thoroughly under the shower door, so hair and other dirt doesn’t come out when you’re showering. I was awaken by people yapping outside at 5:45 am, as smoking and loud chatter are aloud in the pool area. I also waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up at reception at check in, in spite of the fact I showed up at 4 pm (and check in starts at 3), after having told the hotel I was arriving at that time on the day before.
The deep/large pool with no chlorine and open 24h is a definite plus. The location is great. I will/would definitely stay again! Hope the property takes the suggestions as improvement opportunities. :)

The grounds are gorgeous and extremely quiet. There are a host of pools to lounge in and the pool with the main bar has music and good pool food. I would say the biggest issues I had were: the bathroom was older than I hoped for given the cost of the property, the pools had a lot of large and small bugs in it (which was not cleaned regularly), the staff was mediocre and my arrival was not welcoming and was slightly rude. Also the largest issue I had was with the AC ventilation was making large noises at night and I was unable to sleep. The front desk did refund me for the resort fee for that night and moved me to a different room, but the cost for the day/night is 330.00 so it still did not feel like the right value for the price. The last thing I will point out and if you want a good coffee, the cafe does not know how to make drinks which can be frustrating given that you would have to leave the property to get a proper coffee.
