「The hotel staff were very friendly. The receptionist was helpful and recommended a few places to eat, what beaches to go to. She was great! The ladies that cleaned the room were friendly, it seemed they only made the beds and changed the towels for the bathroom and pool and did the trash. Not sure of their policy on cleaning the rooms occupied. The room was a nice size for a family of four. It was a bit outdated, the beds were terrible. Really uncomfortable, and bed frames broken on both beds....

「Our overall stay was just fabulous. We had a beach view room which was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ate at the onsite restaurant our entire stay and the food was delicious. The waitstaff were all very friendly, especially Layra who went above and beyond for me as I have food sensitivities. Highly recommend Villa Cofresi if you’re looking for an overall wonderful experience in Rincon! 😊」
