House Rules:
1. Parking in the building’s lot is not permitted. Parking is allowed only on the gravel area or on the street. Please refer to the parking instructions posted on the apartment door. A parking pass has been provided for your use and can be found within the unit. Kindly ensure the pass is displayed in your vehicle at all times while parked to prevent your car being towed.
2. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit or hallways of the building. There is a $500 fine if discovered.
3. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a $500 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
4. A lost, missing, or damaged key, or fob has a replacement cost of $150.
5. If you want to check in early, please let us know ahead of time. We will notify you when the unit is ready for early check-in on the day of arrival.
6. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including stained sheets and towels.
7. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
8. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you're staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you retrieve delivered mail or items.
9. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
10. By booking, you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen on the property, whether inside or outside.
11. There is one noise monitor in the living space. Tampering, blocking, or disconnecting the device will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
12. We do not allow pets in the unit.
13. Hosts and the property manager must be able to contact you via the phone number you provided if needed.
14. You will need to request a key fob from us BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DAY/ARRIVAL to access the amenities (gym, rooftop).
15. If you or your party steal or damaged anything from the unit or the property, the person named in the reservation will be held liable.
