Spacious covered terraces, accessed directly from the living room and the garden, well protected and sunny, furnished with tables and chairs for dining al fresco on fine spring, summer and autumn days

The villa is accessed directly from the large surrounding private garden, at the complete disposal of guests, via a few steps or by lift.

In the garden there is a swimming pool available to guests from April to September.

Private parking is available in the garden with an electric car charging station.

Important: Guests with mobility problems or in wheelchairs will be provided with a lifting platform that will take them directly from the garden or car park to the terrace on the mezzanine floor and then inside
