「What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. 「Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. 」

「This time we stayed three nights in Villa Mustafà. The location was ideal to explore Assisi, Perugia and Monte Falco. This is absolutely one of our favourite places to stay in the whole of Italy. The host Paola provides an absolutely delicious breakfast with home grown produce. When we arrived, Monte Falco was busy with a 'spectacolo' dance event and the town was very busy but Paola helpfully called to make a restaurant reservation. 」

We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
