"It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Very well located. Staff friendly and helpful. However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound. Also in the bathroom, the ventilator was making a high pitched squeaky noise.so overall rooms could benefit from some improvement. "

I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "New, spotless rooms. Clean spa, attentive staff. Really good breakfast. Checkout took a bit long because they had to go check what was consumed at the minibar. I thought it was weird, but I wasn't in a rush."
