「房间破旧，不干净。 酒店中餐厅根本不配香格里拉酒店的大名，酒店里能吃饭的餐厅可以说没有。总而言之，不能以别的香格里拉酒店的形象来想象香格里拉的香格里拉酒店。 我的建议是，住过香格里拉酒店的最好不要入住香格里拉的香格里拉酒店，以免失望。 」

「地元でもオシャレな設計で有名な小さなホテルでした。 スタッフがとても親切で、観光から帰ると暖かい生姜茶、夜は白キクラゲのスープを持ってきてくれます。 今回、3泊3部屋でしたが、それぞれに部屋が違い、カレサンスイの名前通り、日本の枯山水の庭のイメージの部屋はなかなか面白かったのですが、一階の部屋以外は、正直、オシャレすぎて使いにくい感じでした。 一階の部屋は充分な広さと、お茶するための小上がりなどもあり、アメニティも高級でオシャレで良かったのですが、お手洗いは、もう少し隠して欲しかったです。 香格里拉の広場からも近く、散策にも便利。 良いホテルでした。」

「The staff are very charming and nice. Don't book this thinking its more than a nice guest house though. The toilet in the restaurant is a squat dunny. There was no coffee at breakfast. They didn't have a spoon to use to eat the noodle soup for breakfast and there really wasn't another choice. The rooms are really very nice though, clean and spacious with incredible amenities and the people are really really fantastic」

「We were staying in this property last week and highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a 5 stars experience in Shangri-La Old Town. New modern design, the rooms are so clean, very nice stuffs, and you feel it like home. If you experience altitude sickness, oxygen will be provided in your room.
