The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The elevator was a bit slow but it worked just fine. The beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed how clean my room was.

The room was clean and well appointed. The AC unit was a bit noisy but not too bad. The staff member we dealt with was helpful and friendly and had a minor issue resolved quickly.

I absolutely love their breakfast yogurt and bagel bar. My room was clean, quiet, updated, and large. I was able to plug my own fire stick into the TV. Which made for great TV viewing. And after I left, I got a call from the hotel telling me I forgot my iPad there. They went out of their way to make sure I got it back within four days. Everyone there was so completely helpful. I totally recommend this place. SPark might be my new favorite place to stay.

My husband and I stayed there for a Honey room night. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any sleep due to the doors being loud and slamming shut all night. Then at 6 AM someone was blasting rap music in the room next to us. There was some shady people out in the parking lot as well as hardly any parking. Overall, the room was nice. The staff are friendly in the breakfast was good.

Paper thin walls and reverberating construction (floor drums) . Hearing multiple TVs and noise well after 11:00 PM on a weekday. Had to change rooms @ 11:20 just to get a reduction of noise for a thin sleep. Breakfast was cold cereal or a bagel. No cooked food.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was not there for about 15 minutes, which was very frustrating since we needed to get ready for a wedding. Also upon check out I reguested a late checkout and was only given 30 m! That’s never happened, I felt the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating! The lobby and rooms were clean and nicely maintained however, the bedding is very cheap and not very comfortable. I was disappointed that I only had a shower and no bathtub. I would say that the location and parking is good. I’d stay here again if I had too.

Elevator got stuck for a few minutes before the door would open. Breakfast wasn't ready on time one morning and then it wasn't a very good selection - bagles, cereal and hard boiled eggs.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but the elevator is in rough shape. It took quite a while to be acknowledged for check in and no amenities information was offered during the check in process. The wifi never worked and the staff was not able to help. The breakfast was a big dissapointment as there was really only fruit, pastries and stale cereal provided (no eggs, waffles or other warm items). While the property is pet friendly, there is no grass or designated relief area for dogs. We will not be back.

Front office staff have to be there always, ;had to wait for ‘minutes’ to come - no bell or any reasonable device to request an immediate service; worst of it all ; no apology of any gesture / verbal or nonverbal; extremely frustrating - nothing to do with a staff of non-primary English speaking - a simple matter of training /orientatining; yes, I know, my self is not a primary-English speaking person, needing to pay a bit more the “ fine’ difference that makes a significant difference in customer experience. In support of my statement/comments, I had run a successful business for last near 40 years in the Metropolitan Denver before I retired from my profession of very personally sensitive health-care services. It generally shows when things are ‘off’ instantaneously. Please take it from a person in a personal service care.

Breakfast was bagles and apples. Music very loud. No hot water for 2 days, boiler went out. TV streaming onmy and would not work. Asked for help and they there was no one there that could fixing. There for 4 nights and they basically told us it was no big deal and such it up. If I had not prepared paid I would have left,but they probably would not have known how to issue a refund

Very clean hotel and parking lot was well lighted, felt safe and had plenty of parking. I had to ask the front desk for a box of Kleenex. I requested a wake up call at 7:45 but never got it. I checked out this morning and I still haven’t received my invoice receipt to my email box nor my $50 deposit returned. This is not good! Will I have to file a complaint or dispute?

DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff is very disorganized and lack effective communication. I had contacted the hotel to explain that we would arrive late to our booking, Alexander, the hotel staff I spoke with, assured me that arriving late would not be an issue. Upon arrival, the front desk worker, Aaron, told us that the reservation had been cancelled as a "no-show". Despite explaining that we had contacted the hotel in advance, Aaron was very rude to us and dismissive. He did not apologize, nor help us in any way, and we were forced to pay for another reservation. The General Manager, Shiva, was present at the scene but did not intervene at all during the conversation, making the situation more frustrating. During our stay, other guests unfortunately experienced this mistreatment from Aaron. Additionally, getting into contact with the hotel via phone calls and emails is extremely difficult with booking sites and other agencies having difficulty to get a hold of someone to speak with for further explanations. This experience has caused unnecessary financial stress, wasted time, and significant inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed with both the property's handling of the situation and the subsequent communication. I would STRONGLY advise travelers to consider other accommodation options and advise not to stay at this property.
