The main level features wood floors throughout the open concept living / dining space (seats 6+); an updated kitchen with gas range, air fryer, panini press, coffee maker, common spices/oils, a bar area, etc; a home office / art space for 3; a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and 2 bedrooms each featuring comfy twin beds with pullout trundles.

The basement features soft carpet throughout the rec room (second living area with TV, game space, and a Peloton bike), a small playroom with toys/books for ages 3+, a 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 1.75 bath, and laundry space.

The charming covered front porch features a porch swing and pair of rockers to enjoy your morning coffee. In the backyard, you'll find an outdoor dining table (seats 8), a 2-person hammock nestled under a shady tree, and a large outdoor living area surrounding a propane fire pit and propane grill, all set under bistro lights.

All beds feature plush memory foam mattresses / toppers and a range of down, down alternative, and memory foam pillows to ensure restful sleep.

Please note that this home is our family's primary residence. Care has been taken to put away personal items, however you may still feel that you're staying in someone else's home. Our hope is that you feel that you're staying in the home of a great friend -- comfortable and memorable!

- The doors and door hardware on the main level are original and finicky, so it's best not to close these doors fully, but instead leave them just slightly ajar.
