Inside, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and wall-mounted electric heaters to keep you cozy, as well as an electric heater mounted in the bathroom for extra comfort.



For your convenience and entertainment, the cottage is thoughtfully equipped with a plush sleeper sectional sofa, complete with linens stored inside, perfect for additional guests. A variety of books and games are available in the living room hutch to keep everyone entertained. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the crib and pack-and-play provided for their convenience.



The full kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the plush sofa in the living area is perfect for lounging after a day of adventure.

When you arrive, you’ll find plenty of parking in the spacious driveway. Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by the inviting living room, featuring a plush sectional sofa and a smart TV – perfect for lounging or catching up on your favorite shows. Behind the sofa, there’s a cozy bar area where your friends can sit and snack while watching the game. This versatile space also doubles as a convenient spot to set up your work-from-home station, offering a comfortable and functional area for remote work during your stay.



The beautifully renovated kitchen is a true highlight. It boasts a retro-style Galanz full-size fridge, stovetop and oven, microwave, and a Keurig machine stocked with coffee. The spice rack and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay.



This cozy retreat features a luxurious queen-sized bed, a smart TV on a dropdown mount, and an electric heater to keep you warm on chilly nights. A private back door leads from this room to the stunning outdoor patio, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or stargazing at night.



The second guest bedroom is equally inviting, with another plush queen bed, a smart TV, a full closet, and its own electric heater for added comfort.

No events, parties, or smoking in or outside of the home as it is a serious fire hazard in the mountains!

No pets allowed.

Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.

Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction and loss of reservation. We appreciate your courtesy.



No parties; please keep noise levels low and respect our neighbors.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Please note that fire bans are in place—exercise caution and prioritize safety.

Remove your shoes indoors to help keep the space clean.

Treat the property with care, as if it were your own.

Close the hot tub cover after each use.

No glass or food in the hot tub.

Before departure, turn off electric wall heaters in bedroom and set the heater in living room to 55°F.

Ensure all doors and windows are locked before you leave.
