「Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!」

「No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!」

「Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again.」

「Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.」

「Property is very tired & in desperate need of TLC. Reception has limited hours, so check you can check in before you arrive. Strongly recommend you get a taxi to the property.」

「Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it.」

「Le réceptionniste ne nous répondait plus au téléphone pour acter une arrivée postérieure à 19h (heure de la fermeture du guichet). Il nous a dit de le réer avec un numéro de carte bleu pour une empreinte bancaire. J’étais au volant et il était 17h. Le temps de me garer pour lui communiquer le numéro, il ne nous a plus répondu malgré de nombreux appels. Il a laissé l’heure défiler jusqu’à 19h et il a fermé dans le plus grand des calmes. 「Didn’t use spa We stayed one night before moving on to a chalet in Les Coches.Very convenient for the ski train connection . Despite what some reviewers have said we found it charming ,all French clientele and friendly staff with pleasant dinner and breakfast 」
