タオルが異常に臭く、穴が空いていた。清潔なタオルを使用したかった。 ベッドの上にもハエの死骸がたくさん落ちていた。次はもっと良いホテルやヴィラに泊まりたいと思った。

A quiet place when you arrive from overseas

A charming boutique hotel with beautiful garden and friendly staffs. A nice pool and a good restaurant - the room was modern, clean, and confortable. But you need to take taxis to go to the beach or a tourists attraction

I stayed here only because the street nearby full of street foods. The place itself very clean, love the swimming pool area, you can sit and order foods there, foods are fantastic. They also have the best smoothies!!! Mango tango and strawberry smoothies are my fave.

A Rare Find

The Banyumas Villa suited my requirements perfectly. Centrally located, well maintained and very friendly staff. The poolside restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices with lovely smiling staff. Overall a very good stay, the only down point is the bedlinen which was old and grey, so not very inviting. Otherwise the rooms are large and clean, and very quiet. Thank you Banyuma Villa.

The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to be ready by checkin time was disappointing. Rooms need some refurbishing. air-conditioning in the loft was not working well. The towels needs replacement as it was looking too old and despite asking for fresh towels, the towels have an unpleasant smell to it. Sink in bathroom was not draining well Cleaning needs more attention. Room was booked for 4 occupancy but only set up for 2 (aside for beddings and towels) i.e. only had 2 cups, plates and not enough cutleries for 2. If you want to use the kettle, you have to unplug the microwave and its not easily reached. Despite those, the stay was comfortable enough for the 9 nights.

ドライヤーは部屋になくフロントに頼むと貸してもらえた。スリッパがない。フロントは24時間対応ではなく、両替サービスもなかった。部屋にはハエや虫がたくさん入ってきていた。

All the staffs are very kind!

Eventhough the location was not so good, all the staffs were very kind which made us very happy. And the meal's price of the restaurant was very cheap! We enjoyed the swimming pool, either!

ein bequemes Hotelzimmer mit Küche und Klima (sogar mit Himmelbett) am Stadtrand (Denpasar) weit weg vom Touristenviertel (Kuta). Einige Rezeptionisten (nicht alle) könnten ein Englishkurs gut brauchen.

Quiet and relaxing

This was a great place to start our trip to Bali. Nice and quiet place to unwind after a long trip. Pool area was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Oasis in Denpasar

If you need a place to stay in Denpasar this secreted oasis is the place. Staff are incredible, you don't need to leave to eat as their food is excellent, it has a great pool and comfy rooms at a great rate. Look no further.

Rustig gelegen. Ruime kamers (met 1 of 2 slaapkamers). Prima zwembad met faciliteiten. Uitmuntend (schoon) restaurant. Ontbijtbuffet of a la carte (afhankelijk van aantal verhuurde villas). Oasis in the desert

Gem of a place. Exceptional staff-family friendly vibe. Great pool, dining area. Good food at budget prices. Only downside is location. Cab ride everywhere. Courtesy vehicle available. Far from picturesque surrounding area-actually it is is surburban Denpasar. Nice home base. Best staff I've experienced anywhere. Location only downside.

Excellent ground customer service

Great value, the only decent hotel near university in denpasar. Located at the outskirt, still travelling by car package made the trip to kuta,ubud, jimbaran like a breeze. The room cleanliness can be improved though. reception staff, santini is very helpful and attentive.

great 2 bedroom great price far from beach

Only one night but very comfortable stay and one of the cleanest rooms in Bali so far. We did have an issue with the hotel but is was quickly resolved by the manager. Nice relaxing pool and common area. Perfect 2 bedroom unit for a young family of 4. Far from the beach but a shuttle was offered.

con: Internet was only for 2 devices. apartments are dark with only one small window. mosquitoes in room need to be sprayed. pro: a/c was fine. rooms clean and modern.
