「一階ですのでスーツケース搬送が楽！米国のモーテル風でシンプルなれど清潔・安心・快適！暖房も随時運転で浴室も常に暖かい！170cmの爺が足を伸ばして首まで湯に浸かれるのは非常に嬉しい！部屋にきれいなアイロンとプレス台があって大いに役立った。ティッシュペーパー有り、金庫無し。前日までのクラッシックホテルの不便さが夢の様です。Wi-Fiは大容量ファイル授受の場合は廊下に出て高速化しましょう。」

「Var ret irreteret over at der står der er Free Wifi og så virkede det ikke. Havde virkelig svært ved at arbejde om aftenen pga. dette. Temperaturen var nok lige i den lave ende, især i restauranten」

「Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. 「I just wanted a simple hotel to come back to after driving all day. No remote for tv, forgot to ask in the morning before leaving for my day trip. Got in late, managed to get Tv on and on a channel, but next night there was a Samsung update message that required the remote. then went for a shower…nearly got severe burns from the tankless water heater as it doesn’t seem to work properly (hot is cold, and apparently cold is hot and extremely dangerously hot. Nowhere to escape to as the shower is...

「The location of the property is glorious, spectacular views and if you do not wish to eat in the restaurant there are several others about a one mile walk away in Balloch or a short drive. Although our room was small, it was well decorated and had everything we needed. The only downside was having a room which overlooked the roadside. It was extremely noisy with guests and staff leaving/entering the building at all times of the night/early morning and the noise from the A82 from early hours was...

「New check-in system doesn’t work for 3rd party bookings. No early or flexible check-ins anymore. Lift still not working. Had to request ground floor room because of heavy luggage. Staff were wonderful though. Food was good. Room was clean and bed, comfy. Updated rooms were much nicer than last visit. 」

「Sauberes Zimmer, Super Frühstück, Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hilfe gab es auch bei der Restaurantreservierung. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es eine große Tee und Kaffeebar, sowie 2 Sessel in denen man sehe gemütlich sitzt. Aussicht ist toll und sehr ruhig gelegen. Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier her zu kommen. Die Gastgeber haben die Einrichtung sehr gut durchdacht und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das beste B&B auf unserer Schottlandrundreise. Besser als jede Hotelkette.」

「We had a lovely night's stay at the Sugar Boat in their family room. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was fabulous! We'd definitely recommend to anyone, and will return next time we're in Helensburgh - thank you! 」

「This is a great place to stay close enough to the airport but quiet!! There are many choices to go out to eat and also we can enjoy the dinner at the hotel too! 」

「Clean apartment with two full baths. Cute building with charm and lift was useful for getting to second floor. Free Parking right behind building. A little tricky to find parking structure since it is a little driveway literally in the middle of the block, but once found very convenient. Apartment clean and comfy. Doors to rooms and bathroom a big heavy so a little cumbersome to hold open, a door stop may help. Also, some street noise at night so if you are a light sleepy you may need earbuds....

「バスタブがあるのはありがたかったがホーローが剥げているのか汚れて見えた。 USBポートが無かったのであればベター。 ベッドのスプリングが弱く、若干身体が沈んでしまう。 それ以外は部屋の広さ、ホスピタリティ、何より空港の目の前という利便性で、グラスゴー空港で翌日早い便を使う人、夜遅く着便で来る人などにはありがたすぎる十分なホテルです。」
