These owners truly care

We’ve been renting on the cape for 17 years now, and we’ve always struggled to find a place on the water with enough rooms where we weren’t compromising on certain features or quality. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the owners at 26 Highbank were the most thoughtful, tasteful, and thorough that we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Every inch of the stunning property was spotless, the finishes and decor were all of impeccable quality, with sleep number beds and blackout shades in every room, and they even went as far as providing toys and games tailored to the ages of our children. The exterior layout is well thought out and beautifully manicured, with gardens and seating areas everywhere you turn. My father, who has had mobility issues for years, was thrilled with the covered seating overlooking the beach where he could spend time with the grand kids and enjoy the ocean. This house is truly one of a kind and we hope to make it our annual vacation spot for years to come.

25th Anniversary Extended Family Trip

The house including amenities was amazing. Everything desired for a beach vacation was there. The landscaping was the best we have ever seen at a VRBO. The views were simply picturesque. On our way out, we met the owners, and they were wonderful. Our only complaint was with the property manager at check in time. We were given the wrong access code and contrary to the owner's instructions we were not allowed to check in upon arrival which was 2 hours early. Yet, after that, the communication with the property manager went smoothly. So, despite the hiccup at the beginning of the trip, we highly recommend this property for a large family gathering.

Family Beach Vacation and celebration

WOW! This property was everything we hoped it would be and more, for our family vacation and celebration of my wife’s 60 th birthday. Our large and growing family including 8 grandkids hasn’t stopped talking about the “best beach vacation ever”. 26 Highbank Circle is spacious, well equipped and comfortable for a large group. The grounds are spectacular and safe for the little ones to play and the beach being footsteps away made it very relaxing and fun for parents and kids. The warm and calm waters of the sound were perfect for young children. A relaxing and fun week with our entire family was my wife’s wish for her special birthday. 26 Highbank circle was more than the perfect venue to grant her wish.

Incredible!

Everything about this property was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone, multiple spaces to hang out, and it had everything we needed. It was so easy to find everything we wanted as it was all labeled and it had much more than any other Cape home we've ever stayed in. I didn't even need to bring my own baggies and tupperware! The furniture was so comfortable and mattresses were perfect. The location was perfect as we were right on the beach and had the privacy we wanted and we were close to everything. You weren't exaggerating when you said we'd see the fireworks from all angles!! We could even see them in Nantucket! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, it was a week we'll never forget!

Beachfront Gem!

This property was immaculate and perfect for our large family vacation. House was equipped with everything you can imagine and then some. Gorgeous views and convenient beach access. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Amazing location

The house is really well laid out with king beds, en suite bath in every room. Bunk room was perfect for the cousins to share. The location can’t be beat, as you are steps from a great private beach.
