The Space:
Travel to your own private compound in the heart of Dennis, where your dog can run free on a sprawling yard while your family and friends will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation. With incredible amenities in both the main house and guest house, as well as a centralized location to everything the Mid Cape has to offer, you’ll be happy to go with the Ebb and Flow.
Step onto the farmers porch of the main home with ample seating and a beautiful tree stump coffee table while taking in the colorful hydrangeas. Push open the front door into the home's formal dining room, which provides a great space for an evening meal, morning coffee, or family game night. The TV room's spacious sectional gives plenty of comfort for movie nights, while just past that, a formal living room with a unique curved sofa is the perfect space to read a book in peace and quiet.
On the opposite side of the home a dine-in kitchen with wooden countertops and round dining table awaits your vacation meal creations. The home's deck is accessed off of the kitchen, with outdoor dining for meals in the summer sun or under the stars.
Back indoors, The first floor has a cozy room with a twin daybed, as well as a bedroom with a full size bed. Upstairs, you'll find the remaining bedrooms. At the front of the house a set of stairs (NOTE: Stairs are very steep), leads to a spacious bedroom with a king bed and reading nook. The next bedroom, acessed through the first room, also has a king bed. Finally, at the rear of the home, there is a third bedroom with a queen bed, an additional seating area, writing desk, the views of the backyard, and it's own staircase down to the first floor.
Just across the yard, a stunning guest home provides more privacy for any additional guests. Stepping across the wrap-around deck, you'll enter into an open concept dining room and living room, with a large sectional and dog themed trinkets that will make your four-legged friend feel right at home.
Easy access to the home's beautiful kitchen is just off of the living room, with a large sink and beautiful wooden countertops. Accessed off of the kitchen or through the front door is your own personal wrap-around deck with outdoor dining, as well as a private fire pit meaning you never have to leave the added privacy of this oasis.
Upstairs, an absolutely stunning bedroom can be found, with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and an additional seating area across from the four post bed.
Other amenities include an outdoor shower, and propane grill at both the main house and guest house.
