"When we got in our room, all of the pillows were piled on one bed without pillow cases on them. The pillow cases were on the back of a chair so I had to put the pillow cases on all six pillows myself. The garbage can in the bathroom didn’t have a trash bag in it and it was sitting on top of the toilet. ..."
