The location: Denia is a welcoming town in Spain located at the foot of the Montgo Natural Park, on the Costa Blanca, between the towns of Valencia to the north 110 km and from Alicante to the south 95 km, both served by an international airport. The three words that characterize the city could be: sea, mountain and castle.
This is a lovely, comfortable rental which benefits from its private swimming pool with Roman steps and is located in Denia, approximately 3.5 km from the beaches.
Areas and equipment: Living area of approximately 200 m². Total plot of approximately 900 m². Free wifi Internet connection. Air conditioning: in the bedrooms. Washing machine.
