The Mountain Home Condo! A recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse-style condominium. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, 1 sub-divided full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen with a brand spanking new range/oven, a dishwasher, tile flooring all flanked by a generous living/dining area with a breakfast bar, a wood fireplace insert, (firewood not provided) a flat-screen monitor, and a balcony offering fantastic views.

Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king bed with a new Tuft & Needle mattress topper, privacy panels, and plenty of closet space, along with a laundry cubby with a stacked washer and dryer and another sub-divided full bath (that is two full baths!). This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4 people (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

Snowater is a gated community positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year- round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river
