"Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food in my freezer in fridge. Do not stay at this terrible place. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy staying here. Do not waste your money time or energy. This place does not even deserve one star no stars"

"The rooms were not clean when we arrived nor the public walkways neither. The check-in was quick. The rooms were out dated, the AC did not work in one of our rooms, no extra bedding was provided for the pull out couch. There were ants in the bathroom in one of our rooms. The parking was fine. One room had 2 tv's one room had 1, and one of the three tv's didn't work. The safe in one of the rooms was non-functioning. There was items from the previous guest left in our room. We got another hotel for the week, and this hotel despite much notice, did not provide any refund. Our reservation was for 5 days - we spent 1 night then left. The staff was friendly."

"ALMOST everything was excellent. The room was adorable; the Nespresso in the room was a fantastic addition. They gave us a complementary bottle of wine which was so welcoming. THE In room snack options for purchase were a good addition and there were drinks for purchase as far as beer, wine etc. they also gave two complimentary bottles of water. All of this was a nice touch. They put coffee out everyday at 9am and had bug spray/sun lotions to use if needed. There were also cookies in the lobby etc. like I said EVERYTHING Was PERFECT — ALMOST! except for 3 things…..BOTH pools could’ve been cleaner — somebody ACTUALLY wrote CLEAN ME on the pool tile in the grime/soap scum at the main pool and it was there for days. Felt the property was gorgeous/well maintained except for BOTH pools. And That hammock was way too high off ground and a death trap if u ask me lol so many couples we spoke with at the pool said one of them fell off. With that said all that can be addressed/fixed quickly. NOW the front desk staff although NICE enough with folks could’ve been a little happier/cheerier. They were nice when addressed but felt they could’ve engaged more with guests. There was a power outage for a few hours due to a transformer blowing on/near property. The front desk open both their doors to create a breeze for themselves but never came out to pool to inform the couples at the pool of what transpired. I would still recommend staying here :) close proximity to beach/nightlife etc."
