I only stayed for three days, but this place had almost everything I needed. It was tidy and convenient, and parking was right out front. Just don't expect to hang up any clothes in the closet - no hangers. And you'll have to move the coffee maker from where it sits on the counter because there's no electrical outlet behind it. Oh. And you'll have to put your soap on the floor of the shower because there's no shelf for it. These are minor issues, though, and I would stay there again.

This is a tiny studio but would have worked. The property looked clean and tidy but there was an overwhelming smell. We are two middle aged sisters on vacation. As soon as we walked in and sniffed we not turned to each other and said, “it smells like cat pee.” We could not find a source, just hot spots in the room. We were going to try to get candles and looked for Febreeze and thought we could handle it but my eyes watered and I started sneezing. We went back out and came back in and a property manager was there immediately as I texted the owner to ask about a solution. The man there couldn’t smell anything. We didn’t understand that. We could not stay. The owner offered no refund of any part of our two nights stay and didn’t offer another property. We were up a smelly creek without a paddle. We had to eat all of the cost. We were so disappointed we left Delray altogether.

Studio was very clean and conveniently located but smaller than it looked in the pictures. Lacked some basic comforts like lamps beside the bed and comfy place to sit and read (faux leather sleep sofa was not at all comfortable for sitting/relaxing). Kitchen had all the basic necessities, but lacked outlets near the coffee maker so we had to move the coffee maker to the small dining counter. The outside of the building needed some cosmetic care - painting, etc. - and there was no real garden to speak of.

Loved this VRBO stay for when I visited Delray Beach! I am from Philadelphia but I lived in Delray for 6 years so I love to come back and visit often. I know my way around the town pretty well so it was super convenient that this vrbo rental was walkable to Atlantic ave and the beach! Plus the parking included! It was very clean and spacious. I definitely would recommend this to anybody looking for a stay close to the Ave for a decent price!

Truly a Happy Place

We loved our stay, You had to bend your neck a bit off the patio to get the ocean view, but we didn't mind...it was a very short walk to a beautiful beach.
