Home gut renovated in 2024 oversized heated saltwater pool near the beach & town

  • This home was gutted and completely renovated in November 2024. Located in the heart of Delray Beach, this 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom pool home is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes in an upscale Delray Beach neighborhood. It has an open floorplan, 2 new gorgeous bathrooms, a new quartzite kitchen with high-end appliance, an eat-in island, & a beverage fridge! A whole house water filtration system, a must in east Delray Beach. The backyard is a tropical oasis with a 400 square foot covered patio & 60 inch outdoor smart TV. There are Phantom Screens on all the french doors. The oversized heated saltwater pool with a waterfall spa is amazing, it is rare to find such a large pool in Delray Beach. There is an outdoor shower, a putting green, & an outdoor kitchen all in a beautiful lush setting! We just installed a tall white privacy fence, all new landscape, & the custom putting green in 2021 to make it a backyard you never want to leave! Sit in the hot tub & watch the football game or your favorite TV show while dinner cooks on the grill. The pool safety fence can be put up upon request & is an added bonus for families with young children. We also have a highchair, pack n’ play, lots of toys, & everything else needed for traveling with young kids. All new furniture, new mattresses & bedding, & new smart TVs in every room! Two separate family rooms with TVs leave plenty of room for everyone to spread out & enjoy this sprawling ranch home close to downtown Delray & the beach! Pictures just do not do this house justice, as you can see from the reviews! Our Lake Ida neighborhood has 3 parks to enjoy and is great to walk or bike around. Delray Beach was voted "The Most Fun Small Town In America" by USA Today & the New York Post called it "South Florida's emerging IT town" after one trip here you will see why! Dine at one of the more than 150 restaurants downtown or enjoy the beautiful beaches & water sports! The Delray FreeBee will pick you up from our home & take you anywhere you want to go in the city & bring you back home for free! Don't miss out on this little slice of heaven that has become our second home!

    ** Maximum occupancy 6 people including children. If you are not a neat clean person, then respectfully this is not the vacation rental for you. There is a mid-stay cleaning requirement for rentals longer than 2 weeks.**

A beautiful home in a great location

Our stay at Delray Beach was a wonderful experience…Suzanne makes you feel welcome and comfortable in her gorgeous home. It’s spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need and the backyard is perfect for a week of relaxing. The location makes it easy to find the grocery store and to find your way around town. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Week

We were only at this property for a week, however they did not miss a beat! It was a wonderful neighborhood, house, and backyard! We didn’t have great weather, but that didn’t matter. Downtown Delray is wonderful and close. The home has been newly renovated and is lovely. The neighborhood is fantastic. The owners were wonderful. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience.

This house was extremely clean and tidy. Everything from kitchen items to pool toys was available and easy to find. The host was readily available to answer our questions and amenable to adding a highchair and pool barrier to accommodate a toddler. We so enjoyed our stay.

Great family spot

Was down in FL from NY visiting my parents who have a condo in Delray. Perfect house for my family of 4 and the grandparents to come over and hang by the pool, go into town, go to the beach and see the local sights. We will definitely rent again next year.

Charming Stay in Delray!

If you are looking for your own personal resort in Delray, this is the perfect spot! The heated pool, jacuzzi, putting greens and outdoor TV kept my family happy and entertained. Suzanne is a great, responsive host and the home is very well taken care of with all the amenities you need away from home. We enjoyed venturing out to Delray Beach and the local restaurants which were only a short drive away from the home. The town has a lot to offer and is very warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing beach house

We absolutely loved our time at this lovely Delray Beach home! The layout of the home is perfect as the master is a nice distance from the other rooms and the space is very quaint and allows for great family time! The pool is a great shape for swimming laps and it is awesome having the hot tub attached. The whole backyard is a tropical oasis, it is very private and quiet. It has to be the cleanest beach house we have ever rented. The kitchen is very well stocked and Suzanne was incredibly responsive. It was awesome to have access to beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards too. We loved the putting course too. The outdoor kitchen with gas grill made meal prepping super easy. The beach and restaurants are about 10 minutes away. My only regret is that we should have stayed another week! Can’t wait to stay again in the future! Thanks Suzanne for everything!

The location, (10 min. away from beach and downtown), the layout of the house, the updated kitchen and all the supplied appliances, beach chairs etc. The attentiveness of the owner to details and questions answered right away. A month in paradise

We loved every minute of our 4 weeks in Delray. The house is beautiful, the outdoor space awesome and the location fantastic. Suzanne, our host, was incredibly responsive if we needed anything (which was rare). My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

We loved our stay. The backyard is truly like being at a beautiful resort. The pool is large and clean and new and the grounds look like a resort. The pool gets sun all day which is great and there’s a covered area to provide dining and work in the shade. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family girls trip. The couches were comfortable and large with lots of seating and there were TVs in every room including outside! Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I just spent 4 weeks in this charming house with its perfectly manicured tropical yard (with putting green) and lovely heated pool and jacuzzi. We hated to leave. The house was spotless when we arrived. The king size beds were very comfortable and the layout of the home perfect for a family or two couples. Because of COVID, we ate virtually all our meals in. The house was equipped with every item needed to cook and the house is located a bike ride from a farm market. The neighborhood is quiet with families walking their children or pets in the street. We wanted a place to ride our bikes and found it here — street after quiet street of beautiful houses, trees and flowers to admire. We rode our bikes to the beach, which was wide and not crowded. Finally, Suzanne immediately responded to the few questions that came up over the course of the month. I cannot imagine a more responsive host. It was a perfect stay.
