Step into your fully fenced tropical yard, complete with a heated saltwater pool and modern in-water loungers. Relax on two private patios — one shaded by a mango tree, the other by Traveller Palms — and enjoy outdoor dining with the Weber gas grill. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot water and rain shower head adds a resort-style touch.

Interior Comfort

Bright and thoughtfully designed, the cottage offers stylish decor and natural light throughout. The living room includes a queen pull-out sofa and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, air fryer, dishwasher, and complete cookware set.

The main bedroom offers a king bed, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, and direct bathroom access. The second sleeping area includes two XL twin beds with a privacy curtain. The newly renovated (Oct 2025) spa-style bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower and dual access.

* One dedicated parking spot located in the alley behind the cottage.
* A shared laundry shed with a washer and dryer.

The property is also conveniently located near PBI Airport and the Brightline® high-speed rail station for easy travel to Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
