Fantastic opportunity to stay in one of the most sought after locations in Delray Beach. Situated just off Atlantic Avenue behind the luxurious Opal Grand Hotel, this 1 bed, 1 bath is the perfect place for a beach retreat. Less than a 2 minute walk from the sandy dunes of Delray Beach but both close to the vast array of bars and restaurants and also tucked in a peaceful tropical setting. Recently updated this modern but cost accommodation provides all the comforts of in a vacation style setting.
Located amongst large spacious grounds with numerous outdoor seating and dining areas as well as a stunning oversized pool.
Guests have a dedicated parking space and access to a coin operated laundry room.

Second time renting in this unit and third time staying at The Grove. Absolutely love the location of this condo. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Loved having the beach chair's, towels and umbrella. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Perfect size for 2 of us but it had a pull couch also if needed. Thank you for your hospitality!

Grove Condo 2 week stay
Outstanding location! Accommodations were as advertised. Condo needs some TLC; Host addressed initial issues in a very timely manner. More info could have been provided ( tv, ceiling fans). Shower stall needs regrouting; heavily stained sofa should be replaced; no electrical outlet in bathroom; suggest bring extension cords. Overall 2 wonderful weeks and great value!

Relax and enjoy
Great place to relax and enjoy the beach. This is a modern apartment developed out of old-world Florida. Close to everything yet a mellow environment. There are a few Maintenace items that are minor and will not detract from an enjoyable stay. We will be back soon. Great place.

Beach getaway
My husband and I have stayed at the property before, but in different apartments. This apartment was by far the nicest. It is a block away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was updated, decor was nice, room was comfortable and very well supplied. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location everything else disappointing
Frist time Vrbo user the location was10 stars , from the time we opened doors to a musty , mildew smell we knew was a dmistake.Furniture was old , bed was uncomfortable. Interior although clean was hard to stay in. We actually rented a hotel room last cople nights, just could not hanle the smell any longer.

Amazing location!
Just off of Atlantic Blvd and so close to the beach, this is the ideal location without the noise! Super cute and well equipped, the only glitch...no outlet to be found in the bathroom. But, we loved it!

Short walk to beach
The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. A dust pan and broom would be a nice addition to do the floors.

The Condo was a perfect size for 2 of us. It was in a great location, a block from the beach and a block from the Ave. The condo was clean and comfy. Only negative was no outlets in the bathroom but we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again. It had beach chairs and umbrella which we used every day. It had a pool which unfortunately did not get to take advantage of.

Great location, well stocked
Condo is in a perfect spot just a few steps from the beach and easy access to Downtown Delray Beach entertainment district.
Owners do a great job of keeping little things like beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas to make your stay more enjoyable.
Highly recommend!
