「The listing was accurate. The condo was clean and quiet. It was a great getaway. We enjoyed walking downtown to visit local stores. The hosts communicated well prior to the stay, so we felt prepared where to find the condo, park, and access to the unit.」

「We had a very enjoyable stay at the Frigga. We chose this unit because it was a 3 bedroom and we wanted the young adults to have their own room. Be sure to read all the reviews. I totally missed that this unit listed 2 bathrooms, but there is only 1 with a bathtub/shower. The main floor bathroom is a powder room so essentially the unit has only 1 shower. 「We were a group of 13 11 adults 1teen 1 child. Hide a beds in unit S we’re need though not comfortable but that hide a bed is lol. Response time to questions was just about instant. Would stay again but now know that for the sleeping comfort of a large group of mostly adults a 3rd unit would be recommended.」

「There is no microwave. The lock of the backdoor to the balcony is crooked, we has to make sure the wooden tick is there to prevent someone sneaking in. The rest is good. It is beautiful, quiet and convenience. 」

「We enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for in room cooking. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were fun for the family. There is onsite pay laundry which was convenient. Parking was readily available onsite. Overall a great stay!」

「When we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned. There were towels lying on the floor, beds were not made, nothing was cleaned. We called the property manager and all he did was yell. Very unpleasant exchanges. He did organize for the cleaners to come. We ended up being late for dinner while the cleaners were cleaning. He did not even offer a proper rebate. We could not find another place last minute and hence had to stay here. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!」

「Loved this place! I wish we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed, even my teenagers were comfortable! We really enjoyed after a day of exploring to cook a nice meal, put our feet up, turn on the fireplace and look out at the mountain rage. We would definitely return!」

「The house is a town house. From the outside it’s just ok, but once inside it’s a very house. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is fine and with a nice dining table, and the living room is small but with a fire place and a huge TV The location is great; there are plenty of restaurants and a Safeway nearby. Plus 45 minutes driving from the ski areas Also really great is that there are 2 passes to the National Parks you can use, which saves you money I would be amiss if I wouldn’t...

「予約時に毎日のハウスキーピング旨記載があったものの、5泊中、一度も掃除が行われた形跡なく、タオル類の交換もなかった(バスタブにわかるようにまとめておいたものが、帰ってきてもそのまま。バスタブも掃除がされていないことが明白)。また、朝晩は1桁前半台にまで気温が下がるのにもかかわらず、エアコンは10月まで夏季期間で使用不可となっていて、とにかく寒かった。アナザーブランケットが部屋に常備との記載にもかかわらず、それも用意されていなかった。滞在中にちょくちょくクレームをいれていたが最後まで改善されず、チェックアウト時にも何の謝罪もなし。毎日戻ってきてから、自分でタオル類を洗濯、部屋の掃除をするはめに。ファシリティはそこそこだが、サービスは最悪と言わざるを得ない。滞在者にはたくさんのルールを強いる一方、ホテルとして料金にインクルードされているなすべきサービスが全くされていない。キャンモアの滞在は、このホテルを除けば全て最高だったため、ホテルの対応が残念でならない。キャンモア...
