Overall hospitality was top class . Staffs were very friendly and supportive . They made sure customers needs are taken care off.However My suite was little old. There were severe scratches and spots on wooden floors . There were broken pot lights on ceilings . Washroom were super clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable . View was awesome facing the highway.

Excellent rooms and breakfast

The hotel was well maintained and rooms were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay near the airport in Delhi.

This place is clearly a great value for your money. I had a 'Deluxe' room with lots of space and very nice bathroom. I enjoyed the A/C and sound-proofing in the room along with prompt room service. The space outside of the rooms could possibly use a refresh as it supports a 70's wood panel look with aging carpet. The in-house dining is 'OK'. The staff is excellent and very helpful. With a bit of 'refresh', this could be a really great hotel. Thanks.

Clean rooms, amazing staff and the decor is very city oriented. The food is good and the location is very accessible. Don't have to wait around for your ride. Only have good things to say about this location.

Got single bed instead of king bed, late check out was offered only for 1 hour, had to wait for my flight in the lobby as they did not offer room to wait/work. On the positive, side breakfast buffet was good.

Good hotel

Good property. Rooms were good , Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was average , but ok for the price , it wasn’t expensive. Service in Radisson is nothing like Taj or Marriott or Oberoi’s , Front office staff does not care about clients passing by . Location is good

Breakfast is incredible, huge selection of western and Indian food. Staff was great, led by vishal at the front desk. Lobby is nice. Room furniture is scratched up and dated. Listing says sleeps 4, but there was no sofabed. Had to ask for extra beds, and insist that we shouldn't pay for the second one. They relented. Ambience mall is a cheap uber ride away for cheap eating options.

The beds are comfy. The pool is nice and clean but it’s in the shade most of the day due to its position and people smoke by it (which won’t bother everyone). Breakfast is very good and we loved our goodbye cake. The waiting staff, security and cleaning staff are very polite and friendly. Check in wasn’t great at all - we certainly didn’t feel welcomed at all. The a la carte menu food we had was mediocre. Two duvets smelled strongly of smoke so we had to get them replaced. The room was tired, especially the bathroom with mould in the silicone and the shower threshold was hanging off so the bathroom flooded every time we used it. No robes or slippers were provided.

Celebrating a special occasion, we were delighted by the surprise room decoration and a delicious cake, thoughtfully arranged by Karm. This personalized touch truly made our day. The combination of the soothing spa and the attentive, personalized service made our experience at Radisson Udyog Vihar not just a stay, but a cherished memory. Comfortable hotel, quite busy for checkin, only one restaurant with mostly Indian buffet, very few non-spicy options - and nothing nearby (non-buffet options were available). Tea machine broken at the time. Quite far from everything, cannot use metro. Count on about 1hr anywhere in Dehli. Decent practical service but not a ton of attention like you get elsewhere in the country.

This isn't a decent hotel if you are looking for a couple of days or stay, not more than that. The property is in good condition, rooms are comparable to other 4 star hotels in Delhi NCR and are generally clean. The main problem area is the service and lack of enough staff. The management prefers allotting hotel staff to banquets, marriages etc instead of guests. When we checked in, a marriage party was going on and it was just too loud. It took a long time for our luggage to arrive in our room. Throughout that evening the party raged downstairs below our window. Not sure if they understand that if you have such a loud party that night, at least have the sense to allot a room on a different wing to travelers who are coming to rest after a long journey. The room itself had all the amenities, but housekeeping took 15-30 mins at least to come and respond after a call. Things got better if you called after the evening when the traffic had died down. Food was below par to other Radissons (IGI and Noida had better food) and in room dining selections mostly had typical spicy dishes and request to calibrate the spice down mostly did not work. Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Another rather inconvenient thing was if you wanted to get food delivered you had to go yourself downstairs and collect from the gate. Most 5 star hotels would accept the parcel at the reception and have it delivered (if staff available) or let you pick it up. The staff were nice and cordial.
