Check-in process was quick. We were upgraded to a family suite and our second room was a suite. The family suite was an older model, and the regular suite was recently updated. Location is the most unique thing about this property. This is located in CP, very close to Rajiv Chowk metro station as well as Shivaji Nagar Stadium Metro Station. Both are within walking distance. Overall, the property is very clean. The staff is super attentive and very courteous. The cleanliness is superb. The morning breakfast also has multiple options.

The staff were a highlight, especially Sanjay who sorted an inexpensive taxi to the airport. Also after 2 weeks in India and many hotel breakfasts I had THE best cheese omelette here ! We appreciated the apples and other treats. Would recommend this hotel :)
