I’ll try to be unbiased and just state the facts of my experience. Don’t trust the 4 and 5 star reviews.
At check in, the reception member took 7 phone calls during our check in rather than attending to the 2 people in front of him. Staff were generally unapproachable and rarely smiled.
The room was clean and nicely furnished, but the mattress was rock solid and hurt my back. The WiFi was essentially non existent. The pool had highly restricted hours and we were told to leave 30 minutes earlier than stated. Laundry was extremely overpriced at 500+ rupees for one item.
The mini bar was not restocked and we were overcharged compared with the listed prices. The sauna was broken. The gym was terrible, with free weights only up to 10kg and half the machines broken. The balcony was locked shut throughout our stay. The boiler was off, so we had no hot water for the first 3 hours.
We were woken at 7:30am on our first morning by staff ringing the bell, banging on the door and shouting “Housekeeping”. Despite not requesting housekeeping, staff entered our room on day 2 while we were out and moved personal belongings.
Security was also extremely high, with bags repeatedly requested for scanning despite already being scanned multiple times, including on days 2 and 3, worth mentioning excessive patting down whoch made my gf feel very uncomfortable
The jauzzi bubble bath was a nice feature, but overall there were simply too many issues for me to recommend this hotel
