Not a great property, not sure why this was rated high. Even the display name outside the hotel is different than the name on booking site. Road very narrow for vehicles to pass by. Hotel room very untidy, bath towel was horrible. Needs long improvement and attention by hotel management to improve its state. The only good thing is the helper who helped with out suite cases in and out did good job

Please don't believe in the fake reviews. It was a terrible stay.The hotel name was the Tark hotel not Dsr krone.lt lacks in amenities .The staffs are arrogant.,specially the guy at the reception whose duty was after 9.30 p.m.He is very rude .He doesn't knows how to behave with the customers.I ordered for dinner which they didn't provide me even after almost two hours.There is no parking.Breakfast quality was also very poor.Overall it was a horrible experience.

The facility was rated as "Exceptional" that is fraudulent statement it was not even acceptable condition. They brought warm water that was very dirty and cloudy. There is no room service or dining facility or creamer for coffee. It is located deep inside after negotiating several narrow alleys. Bathrooms dirty and had no toiletries. The name of hotel was changed and was not found on Google Maps. This hotel should be dropped from your site as it does not meet the minimum industry standards. Very deceptive reating.
