次の日早朝列車に乗るなら

ニューデリー駅からは近く、鉄道利用の場合は便利。 レストランは無く、朝食は頼んだものを部屋に持って来てくれました。 お湯は出ませんでした。

ニューデリー駅、メインバザール至近

ニューデリー駅、メインバザール、コンノートプレイスへ徒歩５分以内で行ける立地は良い。ただし早朝からホテル前の通りの交通騒音（慢性的なクラクション騒音）で目が覚めてしまうので、耳栓要す。朝食を部屋に持ってきてもらえるのは良い。トイレのハンドシャワー（ウォシュレット）が無いのは残念。コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

Missing booking.

I arrive at midnight with my group. But they can't find my booking. The hotels.com also wrote me that the hotel already confirm it. So in this case I don't know whom to blame. After long argument finally I got room. But two double bed room and one separated bed room without breakfast. But I booked 3 separated bed including breakfast. What made me mad the most is in that night the hotel got only 3 rooms available. Which I can not imagine how much troubled is there if there is no room for my group. I already checked out for 3days. There is still no explaination for this neither from the website nor from the hotel

Du får hvad du betaler for

Ligger centralt i forhold til gammel handelsgade. Stedet er ok hvis du kun skal sove. Vi har været der flere gange og bruger det p g a beliggenheden. Pas på deres el installationer Der er en ok terrasse på taget hvor der kan indtages mad

Hotel needs renovation!! Smelling rooms, bathroom tiles broken, old furniture & smelly quilts. Please renovate your hotel!

O hotel fica bem perto da estação de trem, o que facilita quando se está partindo de trem bem cedo. Fica ao lado da rua movimentada, então não está no meio do barulho. Isso é bom mas, como a rua é deserta, da uma impressão de perigo. O hotel não é dos mais mal cuidados, mas podia, como muito lugar na Índia, cuidar mais da limpeza. Nada muito grave a reclamar. Tivemos uma estadia ok e foi fácil de chegar a pé a Connaught place e andar de metro por Délhi. Funcionários foram cordiais.

Horrible experience!

We had a confirmed booking that clearly stated that breakfast was included within the booking but reception staff and management advised that we would not be provided with any breakfast as they "have no dealings with expedia and expedia puts false information on it's bookings!". The manager was also very rude. Very deceptive. The place is old, dirty and filthy. Condition of bed, bed sheets, pillow & pillowcases were absolutely filthy. You couldn't adjust the air conditioning unit as it only has 1 setting. We didn't expect anything too luxuirious for the price but the room had a strong filthy smell, the bathroom had rusted pipes and rusted tap handles which you didn't want to handle for fear of an infection! No hot water. Staff were not helpful either.

Decent hotel for the price, could be cleaner.

cheap hotel close to the railway station and the main market street. Good for traveling around the city and getting in an out by train. Hotel decent for this price the sheets and towels could be cleaner though. Wi fi was very slow so was difficult to book our onward journey. Few words of advice : Take the fadt train from airport, not the taxi as we did as the traffic is a nightmare. Also if you need train tickets, get them at the station do not believe the hustlers outside the station who try to convince you to go through different entrance (by tuk tuk...) as they are trying to send you off to a private agency to buy the tickets.

The place was pretty decent and also it was just adjacent to main road. Overall the stay for comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Keskitason hotelli lähellä rautatieasemaa/basaaria

Hotelli sijaitsee noin 150 metrin päässä New Delhi rautatieasemasta ja aivan basaarialuen vieressä. Connaught Placeen on matkaa noin kilometri. Hotelli on melko uusi keskitason hotelli. Huoneet ovat normaalisti varustellut. Huoneissa on myös ilmastointi ja melko hitaasti toimiva langaton internet. Joissakin huoneissa ei ole ikkunaa, joten kannattaa yrittää tilata huone ikkunalla. Huoneisiin saattaa tulla käytävältä jonkin verran melua päiväsaikaan. Vettä tuli suihkusta varsin lorottamalla. Aamupalan voi tilata huoneeseen, koska hotellissa ei ole ravintolaa tai aamiaishuonetta. Kohtuuhintainen huonepalvelu toimii 24 tuntia. Hotellissa ei ole intenettietokoneita. Taksin lentoasemalle voi tilata hotellista (hinta 600 IND). Noin 80 metrin päässä on lukuisia matkatoimistoja, joista saa kaikki retket ja matkaliput. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Nice facilities, bad service

After I got email confirmation for my reservation, the stuff at the reception were not able to find my reservation. After an hour they claimed that they didn't approve it and demand more money.I had to call customers service for help. Very bad experience!

Nice location near train station, room is standard – bed sheets were dirty with a dead insect. Bellboy sent us on a goose chase when telling the driver to send us to our next hotel.

Good location, noisy by nigth

The location is good, very near walking from Connaugth Place. Conditions general of hotel is medium, but staff was not friendly, at least with 2 women alone and men at reception had difficults to communicate in english. I need to recognize they helped to us to rent a taxi to going to airport next day. It is a pitty the hotel has a beautiful terrace but in bad conditions and it is not used, completely empty. The room was without any window, I hated it. I think is not a good hotel for more than one day. By night was impossible to sleep because of lot of noises, like moving furniture and phone ringing next room.

Good service for a 3 star hotel

It is a 3 star hotel and that what it is. What impressed me was that the staff were extremely polite. Quite street in a busy neighbor by the main rail station.

Good sized, clean room. Only issue was the noise and the fact that the hotel's flashy neon sign was outside our window, but then you expect noise and light in this area. Staff very helpful and breakfast decent

En beskidt oplevelse

Hotelværelset var ok i indretning og faciliteter, men generelt for det hele gælder, at der var meget beskidt. Jeg tvivler på, at der har været en våd klud I nærheden af sengebordene for nyligt! Derudover var der meget lydt på værelset - man kunne høre alt hvad der foregik på gangen. Ved roomservice var der hurtig levering, men standarden på maden var i den grad under middel (halvdelen af den bestilte morgenmad var uspiselig). Selvom værelset kom med gratis WIFI, så kunne jeg ikke finde signalet på min mobil.
