This was the perfect spot to stay for family wedding that was at a nearby winery. House was just right for our family of 5. Highly recommend!!

This was a great place to stay for the home away from home feel and quality time . The property is exactly as displayed in the listing.The kitchen, the promptness of the host responding to any questions ,were all top tier. The location was a short distance to shopping and dining locations.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The entire home was very comfortable, clean, and inviting. The hosts have thought of everything to be gracious and accommodating. Three of us traveled from Ohio to meet up with our adult son living in another part of MO. I wanted to make meals at the house and had such a wonderful kitchen with ample space and impressive kitchen appliances. An added bonus was the friendly goose who would come up to the house and visit with us when we were out back. We all felt very much at home the 3 nights we were there. Everything was great.

Beautiful and clean property

This was a beautiful place to stay off the beaten path with privacy to boot. Fishing at the pond was a great time as well. Highly recommend and plan to stay here next year.

Cardinals and Zoo trip

We loved the place felt like we was in our home. Had everything we needed for the stay. Outside of town in a country setting but was short of 20 to 40 minutes to everything we wanted to do from downton St louis,Zoo,Restaurants and Shopping. Communication with the host was spot on got back with you quickly if we had questions. Will be looking for availibilty here again when we come St Louis. Go Cardinals!!!

The home was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was very fast. We went to Six Flags St Louis but did not want to stay in St Louis. We’ve rented homes for years through VRBO and this one was the best so far!

Cute hideaway

This place was so nice! Huge kitchen, large living room and bedrooms. Amazing views and some friendly ducks. Close to a grocery store. Hilliest rollercoaster roads around but fun. We loved it.

Charming, relaxing stay

We all loved this beautiful house and especially the outdoor patio and gazebo over the pond. House and bathrooms were spotless and all amenities needed were provided. We would happily return here. Family member members were gathered to hear Brothers band play at the defiance winery. House was perfect for lovely dinner out on the patio.

Wonderful weekend visit

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. We prefer to prepare our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of counter space, to do just that! There is a coziness to the house, perfect size for any family. The view of the pond and gazebo from the kitchen window made washing dishes and food prep very memorable. The property mgt team was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would definitely return to this house when our travels take us back to the area.

Work Stay

Had a last min work trip come up. This house was very clean. Shower had great water pressure. They even had coffee and snacks available. This was a 8 min drive to lots of restaurants and stores walmart ext. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be staying here again in the future if I am in the area.

We enjoyed staying in the house. It was very clean. Only two small issues: the ceiling lights in the living room may need to be replaced as the flickered when on. I already left word about the hall toilet not being able to be turned off.

Perfect Country House for Holidays

If I could give this house more than 10 stars I would! It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had ample supplies. We stay in vacation rentals a couple times a year and this one was by far the best. The kitchen was fully stocked and included coffee, creamer, bottled water and snacks. The bathrooms had ample plush towels and extra supplies. They even supplied extra items in the Landry room. You don’t need to bring a lot like you do with other rentals. The property manager was very responsive. And the location was so beautiful with the pond and deck out back. Highly recommend for small groups!

Great location

Came here for a mother/daughter weekend to shop in St. Charles and go to some wineries. Was a great location for that. The property was very clean and the house itself was great! I didn’t realize the property was on a lot with another house directly behind it, using the same driveway. I also was not impressed with the “backyard oasis.” There was a motor for the pond that was constantly running, the gazebo over the water had duck poop everywhere, and the pond itself was very lacking compared to the pictures online. There was a dog roaming around that belonged to the house on the same lot, although friendly, I feel should have been mentioned in the listing. It was a great location and in a nice area. There was an issue with the refrigerator while we were there and the property management group was quick in responding and fixing it.
