「When we got to our ocean view King suite ($300+ per night) the refrigerator didn't work. Maintenance then brought a new larger refrigerator to our room and dropped it on the floor in the room, we were not happy. Later as my wife and I were sitting on the couch in the living room area we noticed a large brown piece, of what we hope was food, sitting out on the middle of the room, easy to see that the maids had missed. Later when we went to bed I pulled the shades closed and 4 large roaches fell...

「The staff was so nice, and everything felt modern and clean. Our room was the same, spacious and updated. The pool was well taken care of and the man running all the towels was especially helpful, and so friendly. I can tell all the staff really care about the work being done. Thank you for an amazing experience!」
