"The house was gorgeous and very clean. It was in ideal spot and just 10 minutes from downtown. Very nice golf cart ride. They had a lot of amenities to the house. It was very spacious for all of us and there were 8 of us. The host Ashley was very friendly and answered me on questions very soon after I text her. I had two text her three times and the last day for check out our truck would not start. Message her about check out and she was very understanding. But thank God we were only 10 minutes pass check out. Would definitely stay here again. We had a very nice stay."

"This precious cottage was exactly what we were looking for! I don’t need lavish, I need cozy and comfortable! This was not only that! It was in inviting and refreshing! My son and I enjoy nature and this place did not disappoint! It was close enough to convenience. Yet tucked away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. We had ospreys flying overhead singing and showing their beautiful markings. Several Rosetta spoonbills around and lots of Spanish moss covered trees! We had lots of activities planned during our stay and coming back to this cute haven was so relaxing! The porch was the perfect spot to have coffee at sunrise and a cocktail at sunset. The little shark beach was so cute and the resident pod of dolphins made for the best entertainment! Rented a kayak to see them up close! Had I known how perfect this key would be, we would have spent all of our time there, no need for any other activities lol. The cottage was clean and very cool! Joi was so sweet and easily accessible)yet we didn’t need anything), and checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking! We will definitely be back time and time again! Thank you Joi and Cedar key for making our memories so special!"

"This is an elevated, older home on the water. Its elevation provides excellent views from the waterfront porch. The house is well maintained and equipped. Since it is elevated, it did not suffer damage from the recent hurricanes, as did neighboring residences. One of the docks was replaced; the fish cleaning station was rebuilt, but it is not screened in. No internet was a bit of a hassle, but strong 5G reception offset it.The only negative was that the listed TV and Spectrum connection did not work. The management company was very responsive, quickly replacing the TV with a new Roku TV and placing a work order with the cable provider. Unfortunately, no connectivity... cable, internet, antennas... left the TV a brick. It would be helpful if the house number were marked. Currently, nothing identifies the house, which is encircled by several other homes. We had a great stay!"
