"We loved our stay at Ocean Shores! The nice lady checking us in upgraded our room and we were in a room with a beautiful view of the water and a good sized balcony. Friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable beds, and a table and chairs for all three of us. The day we left the owner came out into the parking lot before we could even get out of our car to take our keys and check us out. It was a really nice stay all around."

"The property and our stay in Homer was great! The property was clean, and everything that the listing said was true. Ample parking, rooms were nice and comfortable, and overall it was a great experience. The only reason this was not 5 stars all the way across was that the tap water did not taste great and we had to resort to using bottled water for drinking."

"If you don't mind being 30 minutes away from the hub of Homer, this is the IDEAL place to stay! The silence of nature was a certain highlight! The chalet was very well equipped and we could not believe the number of Alaskan books (both for adults and children). The outhouse was absolutely adorable and the highlight of the trip. I've lived in AK for 50 years and I think it's one of the cutest outhouse I've ever seen. We absolutely loved the timer that was located in the chalet to turn on the outside light AND the instant heater. If you want a bit of Alaskan adventure, don't miss out on this!Rachel was so attentive to our needs and quickly responded. We had wifi at the chalet too. Thank you, Rachel!"
