"Upon check in, and until check out the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, smelled good, and presentable. Our room was a chilly 69 deg. We asked for an additional blanket and got it quickly. Room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Hotel pillows are always too soft though. Breakfast was good, with a variety to choose from. Overall, we had an excellent stay. So far, one of our top choices, should we return to VA."

"I enjoyed my 5 night.6.day stay at the Virginia Beach Hilton Garden Inn in Towne Center. There was plenty to do everyday. The staff was professional and helpful. Didnt eat the breakfast.but. I could tell it was delicious cause it smelled good and plenty of.people ate in the eating area. Thank you hotels.com for a.smooth transition to a wonderful place"

"Very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The heated indoor pool was a nice feature, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, lots of nearby dining options, plus a nice restaurant and bar on-site. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff upon arrival was not very friendly. When I asked if you all had continental breakfast, his reply was “yeah!” The rooms (3 in total) were nasty!! Hair in the tub. The loveseats were dirty. There was a massive amount of dust in that room (I am allergic to dust). Something spilled beside the refrigerator in Room 309. I have pictures to validate my statement. I will never visit this hotel again. Side note: my husband and I own a cleaning business and this was unacceptable."

"Was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was good and seemed fresh. Rooms clean. Did have one towel that seemed to be stained, but all in all good. Not sure if it is the scent of the cleaner or what but there was a constant aroma of what seemed to be Marijuana in the hall way. We did not smell it in our room however. All an all I would return and enjoyed the stay. 4 out of 5 stars."
