「The lazy river was fun.」

「Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioner worked very well! 」

「The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper.」

「The staff and manger were unprofessional. The air conditioner in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep. No hair dryer was provided i had to call and get one. The room was nice but didnt make up for the rude staff. Terrible experience.」

「I don’t think you really want me to make a review after what those front desk clerks did. This place is a joke. If you are a traveler run! Don’t stop here! First let me say this when we arrived no rooms available granted we knew that due to the fact we arrived at 1:50 pm and most of the time check in is at 3:00 pm however we said ok we will come back after well we did and still no rooms available. Mind you the clerk asked me for my debit card when we got there at 1:50 and pre authorized my card...

「The room was clean and staff was friendly. The room we were in was non-smoking but the bathroom smelled of smoke. Breakfast was okay. The area was okay but there were truck stops near by which made me little uncomfortable. Overall price I paid was about right for the night stay.」

「 The hotel was very short-staffed, which resulted in us having to wait about 2 hours past check-in before we could get into our room. The staff was very nice and were working hard to meet our needs. They did upgrade us to a suite. The next morning they kept running out of coffee and the breakfast was not up to par.」

「Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. No place to plug in electronic devices or set them, medications, water, etc. on the wall side of each bed (double queen room). Hand towel bar in bathroom loose, wall beside shower damaged from shower overspray, and no hangers for bath towels. Nothing serious, just inconvenient and slightly unsightly. Would stay again despite these things. 」

「A staff that is wonderful. Honest, good willed, caring people. Room was decent. Probably among the better places to stay in Sulpher. Off the main drag a big. If you need a place to stay for a few hours. Better alone than with a partner for the double bedrooms. Cost worth. 」
