「I only have 1 maybe 2 complaints, 1 I was laying in bed and I heard keys rattling at the door, I assumed it was my husband, it was not. It was a male staff member and he opened the door without knocking, poked his head into the room. He did leave immediately but it was disturbing and kind of scared me. I could tell he was there to clean the room and I guess maybe that was my fault for not having the tag on the door? Also I wish you had bigger towels. 」
